Collaborate – When should I capitalize on my connections?
In the music industry it’s common to see artists share & collaborate – why is this successful?
IMHO I belive it’s synergy, if you’re able to connect with another creative tap into that energy – unobstructed!
It’s a two way street…..(example of a solid collaboration video)
There’s a time to ask for assistance in order for growth to occur. A key ingredient to tapping into this creative dyanmic is both creatives have something to offer – do NOT exploit the situation.
So now’s the time to ask yourself is it time to seek out an opportunity to collaborate – good idea bad idea? If you feel it’s the former vs. the latter please keep the rythm of the process organic yet very deliberate.
This is not a time to be passive/aggressive let your interest be clear identify a need & offer a solution.
The outcome is rewarding just ask Mr. Spielberg!
